The year began and here it is already Jan 14. I am so excited, I have been watching my calories, taking my vitamins and my cholesterol reducing medicine and exercising! 3 months ago the doc said that I needed to reduce my cholesterol level or... and then he said something about 5 years. Well I have to say, I have since made a Bucket list and it will take me more than 5 years to tackle my list-so I am giving this idea of becoming healthy a real go! Oh and did I fail to mention that I actually get to go see O at the Bellagio! I won tickets and I am so very excited! And I must also add that I am following Ali Edwards again this year and have chosen Balance as my word-mind you-last year I had my word tatooed on my leg for my 50th birthday, but I don't think I will be doing the same with this word, just try to balance all of the things I want to do this year!
Since I became a teacher 7 years ago, it seems like I get a new nickname every year. From MsP, to P-Feff-to the Pfeffinator, to P-Feff, to Peezee, to Pfefferlicious. I think I like Pfefferlicious the best! I teach high school English and I have all levels of students-and I enjoy them all. Well I would have to say that I am more comfortable with Juniors and Seniors than Freshman and Sophomores, but kids are kids and they all make me smile every day and pleased to be where I am. I love to scrapbook, mostly because I love the pics, I love the journaling, and the titling and the papers, and the embellies-well I guess that's everything. I also like to travel and try new things, mostly these days so that I can scrapbook the experience!
